If you have recently updated pricing in your accounting software and it's not being reflected on the site.
1. Make sure at least two full syncs have run. See below screenshot of how to run a full sync. Running the very top task will sync all sync tasks.
2. It's possible that the price has been cached. We clear the price cache automatically overnight, but you can clear the cache manually. There is a sync task called "Clear Price Cache", run that and it will clear the price cache.
3. Refresh the product on the front end of the website and see if the pricing has been updated.
If the price still isn't right after following all the above, then please contact Web Ninja support with examples of a product and a screenshot of what the price is set to in your accounting software.
