Sybiz order not syncing

Getting this error on an order sync?

 

Sync error: System.Exception: Incorrect database or application version at WebNinja.SybizIntegration.Handler.Connect(Task task) at WebNinja.SybizIntegration.Handler.ProcessCreateObjectTasks(CreateObjectTask[] sybizCreateObjectTasks, Boolean ssl, String host,

or

System.Exception: DataPortal.Fetch failed (Invalid Common Connection) at WebNinja.SybizIntegration.Handler.Connect(Task task) at WebNinja.SybizIntegration.Handler.ProcessCreateObjectTasks(CreateObjectTask[] sybizCreateObjectTasks, Boolean ssl, String host, String key)

 

If Sybiz has been updated recently, then some Sybiz files on your server will need to be copied to an additional location. 

 

First, the Web Ninja service will need to be stopped. On the server where our software is installed, go to "Services". Scroll down to Web Ninja and pause the service. 

 

Go to the main Sybiz Vision folder, and COPY these files:

csla.dll
Sybiz.Vision.Module.Coordinator.dll
Sybiz.Vision.Platform.dll

 

Paste them into the Web Ninja folder, usually located here - C:\Program Files (x86)\Web Ninja


If it says that it will override the current files, continue to override the fields. Once the files have been copied over, then go back to Services and start the Web Ninja service. 

 

Go back to the admin and try re-sync the order. If you don't know how to do this, then follow this article - My order didn't import into my accounting software

 

If you are still getting an error and the order isn't syncing. Please contact Web Ninja support
