How do I setup the customer import for Attache?

You can import your Attache customers directly from Attache. There are a couple of options you need to set before importing them.

1. Login to the Admin area

2. Select Configuration > Attache > Customers

3. Under Show On Web Field you need to nominate the "flag" field that you'd like to use for importing customers out of Attache. This works in a similar way to the product flag.

You need to have the following requirements setup in Attache for the customer to import successfully:

  • Customer must be active
  • Customer must have an email 
  • Customer be flagged for web (Upload to Web = Y in the example above)

4. We use the Send Emails drop down to send out emails to customers when their Web Account is created from Attache. This is usually turned on only after you go live.
